Our commitment

Executel IQ is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Preparing for a consequential conversation should not depend on how you see, hear, move or read, and accessibility is treated as part of the product rather than a later correction.

We test the product with a keyboard alone, with the browser's text size increased, with reduced motion enabled, and against contrast requirements. Where we find a gap we fix it in the ordinary course of work.

What is built in

Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, starting with a "Skip to content" link, and the element you are on is always visibly focused. Each page has one main region and labelled navigation so screen-reader users can move between sections directly.

Meaning is never carried by colour alone: readiness scores, verdicts and coaching notes are always stated in words as well. Images and marks carry text descriptions, decorative background texture is hidden from assistive technology, and text remains readable when enlarged.

If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, the moving parts hold still: the honeycomb background stops, the live demonstration reveals its text immediately instead of typing it, and the voice preview stops pulsing.

In spoken rehearsal, what the executive says is written on screen as it is said, and the full transcript, score and coaching are available in text afterwards.

Known limitations

Spoken rehearsal requires a working microphone and the ability to hear speech. It is one way to rehearse, not the only one: written role-play covers the same scenarios, is scored on the same dimensions, and produces the same coaching, action plan and recall cards.

The live demonstration and the voice preview are animated by design. Both honour reduced-motion settings, the demonstration can be paused at any point, and every stage it plays through is also written out as text.

Some third-party content we display, such as source pages gathered during research, is outside our control and may not itself be accessible. We always show the source title and address so the material can be reached another way.

Alternative access

If any part of Executel IQ is unusable for you, we will deliver the same preparation another way: the brief, strategy, coaching, recall cards and report can be produced and sent to you in plain text or a document by email, at no extra cost and without spending anything additional from your account.

Report a barrier

Email support@executeliq.com with the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Telling us the device, browser and any assistive technology you use helps, but is not required.

We respond to every accessibility report. Where a fix will take time, we will describe a workaround so you are not left waiting, and we will tell you when the fix has shipped.
