1. Who we are and what Executel IQ is

Executel IQ is an executive relationship intelligence product operated by The Aetherium Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as part of Aetherium IQ. You can reach us at support@executeliq.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

The product helps you research the people and organizations you are meeting, build a meeting strategy, rehearse the conversation in writing or aloud, receive coaching, and decide the right next step. An Executive Prep is a one-time purchase that activates a 30-day preparation window around one relationship and meeting cycle.

Executive Pro and Executive Teams are optional monthly subscriptions. Enterprise and White Label arrangements are quoted individually and governed by their own agreement in addition to these terms.

2. What it is not

Research, profiles, strategies, coaching and readiness scores are AI-assisted estimates. They may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, and you must independently verify anything you intend to act on. Role-play conversations, written and spoken, are simulated. Readiness scores are coaching assessments — they are not predictions of revenue, closing, partnership or any meeting outcome, and nothing here guarantees a business result.

We never present speculation as fact. Research is separated into what is confirmed, what public material suggests, and what remains a hypothesis to test. We do not infer health, religion, politics, sexuality, ethnicity or disability, and such inferences must never be used for targeting.

3. No contracts

There is no contract, no term commitment and no minimum spend to use Executel IQ. Executive Preps, Prep packs, extra Preps and rehearsal minute blocks are one-time purchases that never renew automatically.

Executive Pro and Executive Teams are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, from your own account, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for.

4. Executive Preps

One Executive Prep activates one relationship and meeting cycle for a 30-day preparation window. A Prep is consumed only when you explicitly confirm "Generate My Executive Preparation" — creating a relationship, a meeting, or a draft never consumes one.

Purchased Preps do not expire. Promotional, trial, partner or administrator-issued Preps may carry an expiration date, shown in your wallet. Where you hold both, included or promotional Preps are spent before purchased ones.

After a 30-day window ends, the relationship moves to a permanent read-only archive: everything generated remains readable and downloadable, and reactivating that same relationship for a new meeting cycle uses one more Prep. Relationships are never duplicated and your history is never deleted because a window ended.

Executive Pro includes 2 new Preps each monthly cycle, with up to 6 unused included Preps rolling over. Executive Teams covers up to 5 users and 10 shared Preps each monthly cycle. Additional Preps can be purchased at any time.

5. Spoken rehearsal and rehearsal minutes

Spoken rehearsal lets you hold the conversation aloud, either one to one with a single executive or against a board and panel of up to five seats. The people you speak to are simulated. They are built only from confirmed facts about the meeting and the seat they hold; we do not infer or voice sensitive personal characteristics.

Rehearsal is measured in minutes. An Executive Prep includes 50 minutes for that preparation window. Executive Pro includes 150 minutes each cycle and Executive Teams 500 minutes each cycle. The public taster on our site is limited to 3 minutes. One-to-one rehearsal consumes one minute per spoken minute; board and panel rehearsal consumes one and a half minutes per spoken minute, because it runs a full room.

Additional minutes are sold in blocks of 20, 60 or 200. Purchased minutes do not expire while your account is open. Included minutes belong to the cycle or preparation window that granted them and do not carry forward. Minutes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

Sessions have length and daily limits, shown before you start, so a runaway session cannot consume your balance. Minutes are counted against the length you reserve; anything unused from a reservation is returned to your balance when the session ends.

6. Microphone, recording and consent

Spoken rehearsal needs access to your microphone, which your browser will ask you to grant. By starting a rehearsal you consent to your speech being sent to our voice conversation provider so it can be converted to text, answered aloud and returned to you, and to us keeping the resulting transcript so it can be scored and coached. Our Privacy Policy names the providers involved and what each receives.

Rehearsal is a simulation with software; you are not speaking to a real person and no real person hears the call.

Recording laws vary by jurisdiction. If you record or transcribe a real meeting with real people, you are responsible for obtaining every consent your jurisdiction requires.

7. Prices, payment and no refunds

Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase and the amount presented at checkout is the amount charged. Payment is taken through our commerce platform and its payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. The charge appears on your statement against Aetherium IQ / Executel IQ. Taxes may be added where required.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Executive Preps, Prep packs, extra Preps, rehearsal minute blocks or subscription periods, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected. Because there is no contract and no automatic renewal on one-time purchases, you decide each time whether to spend anything further.

We do not issue discount codes and there is no promotional code field anywhere in the product. If someone offers you an Executel IQ discount code, it did not come from us.

A partner who referred you may be credited for your purchase. Referral crediting never changes the price you pay and never gives the partner access to your workspace or your content.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never alters the price of a purchase already made, and Preps and minutes you already hold are unaffected.

9. Acceptable use

You may use Executel IQ only for lawful business preparation. You must not use it to harass, stalk, discriminate, or build profiles for purposes unrelated to a genuine professional interaction; to misrepresent your identity; or to attempt to extract another organization's confidential data. You must not resell, sublicense or white-label the product without a written agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

10. Researched individuals

Profiles are built from public material, each claim traceable to its source. If you are the subject of a profile and believe something is inaccurate or should be removed, contact support@executeliq.com and we will correct or remove it.

11. Your data

Your relationship history, notes, briefs, transcripts and reports belong to you. Cancellation of a subscription never deletes them, and archived relationships remain permanently readable. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, which outside services process it, and your export and deletion rights.

12. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA and we want to hear about anything that stands in your way. Our Accessibility statement explains what is built in, what we know is still limited, how to reach the same preparation another way, and how to report a barrier.

13. Availability, changes and liability

We work to keep the product available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or replace the outside providers we rely on. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date below, and continuing to use the product after a change means you accept it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Executel IQ and The Aetherium Group LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or the outcomes of meetings or relationships. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
