Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Executel IQ is operated by The Aetherium Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, as part of Aetherium IQ. For privacy questions, corrections, export or removal requests, contact support@executeliq.com.

2. What we collect

Account information you give us: your name, email, company profile and solution library. Content you create: relationships, meetings, notes, written and spoken rehearsal transcripts, scores, debriefs and reports. Billing records: what you purchased, when, and the amount — never your full card number.

Research material: when you confirm the identity of a person you are meeting, we gather publicly available material about that person and their organization. Every finding retains its source address, title and retrieval date.

Technical information needed to run and secure the service, including sign-in events and an audit log of significant actions in your workspace.

3. Spoken rehearsal and audio

Spoken rehearsal sends your microphone audio to our voice conversation provider so it can be turned into text, answered aloud and returned to you. What we keep afterwards is the text transcript, the duration, the score and the coaching produced from it — these live in your workspace and are yours.

The simulated executive for a rehearsal is created for that session and deleted when the session ends, so nothing we spin up persists after your call. Audio handling and retention at the voice provider are governed by that provider's own terms; we do not use your rehearsal audio for anything other than running and scoring the session you asked for.

4. Research about third parties

Profiles are built only after identity confirmation, only from public material, and only to prepare a genuine professional interaction. We separate confirmed facts from research-based observations and strategic hypotheses, each with a confidence level. We never infer health, religion, politics, sexuality, ethnicity or disability, and we never present speculation as fact.

If you are the subject of a profile, you may request a copy, correction, or removal of material about you. Email support@executeliq.com and we will act on it.

5. How your information is used

To provide the service: research, strategy, role-play, coaching, scoring and next-step recommendations within your own workspace. Your workspace is isolated; other customers cannot see it. To take payment and keep the records that requires. To secure the service and investigate misuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your confidential relationship data to train shared AI models. Where a provider offers an opt-out from training on customer data, we use it.

6. Outside services that process your information

Vapi

Spoken rehearsal

Your rehearsal speech and the simulated executive's replies, plus the meeting context needed to hold the conversation. Vapi in turn uses speech-to-text, language model and synthetic voice partners (currently Deepgram, OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to hear, answer and speak.

Public web research

The names, organizations and search terms needed to retrieve publicly available pages about the person and organization you are meeting.

Lovable AI Gateway and the model providers behind it

Research analysis, strategy, coaching and scoring

The meeting context, research material and rehearsal transcripts needed to produce briefs, coaching, scores and recommendations. Where a no-training option is offered, we use it.

Database, authentication and file storage

Your account, workspace content and generated deliverables, stored per workspace.

Our commerce platform and its payment processor (Stripe)

Checkout, billing and receipts

Your email, what you bought and the amount. Card details go directly to the payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.

We may change providers as the product develops; this list is kept current, and any replacement is held to the same standard.

7. Retention, export and deletion

Your relationship history, transcripts, research evidence and reports are retained while your account is open, including after any subscription ends — cancellation never deletes your work, and archived relationships remain permanently readable.

You may export your data at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and its content by emailing support@executeliq.com. We will delete it within 30 days, other than records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and backups which age out on their normal cycle. Audit and billing records are kept as long as the law requires.

8. Security

Access is authenticated, each workspace is isolated at the database level, payment, research and voice credentials live only on our servers, and significant actions are recorded in an audit log. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@executeliq.com to exercise any of them. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Where information is processed outside your country, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer for those transfers.
